Our fish comes straight off small local boats. Every catch is handled with care and brought directly to us, so it's on our counter fast. This is restaurant-quality fish, and now it's yours to take home.
Our suppliers fish both coasts of the far North, the wild West or the calm East depending on the weather, so the boats can get out most days.
Fish this good doesn't need much. A hot pan, a knob of butter and a squeeze of lemon. Straight on the barbie. Or sliced thin as sashimi. Yum!
